**PRIMARY FUNCTION**:Responsible of defining the controls of the quality assurance process that ensure compliance with customer requirements, designs, and standards applicable to our products.**Essential Functions**- Ensuring compliance with customer requirements (CSR) and applicable ISO 9001, IATF 16949.- Clearly communicating customer complaints to the relevant multifunctional team.- Responsible of lead root cause analysis since customer notification until de validation of effectiveness, including the core team.- Define and coordinate scrap analysis projects for critical machines and/or top offenders using solving problem tools and achieve the correct implementation of systemic and preventive actions.- Specifies with manufacturing and production areas the selection or rework method for nonconformance material.- Responsible of the correct identification and segregation of nonconformance material.- Participate on the implementation and maintenance of the internal process and product audit, as well as the accomplishment, analysis, and continuous improvement of this process.**REQUIREMENTS**- Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.- Intermediate-Advanced English proficiency.- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing processes with a focus on quality controls.- Statistical analysis experience (MSA-CPK).- Knowledge of ISO and Automotive Industry Standards (IATF).- Experience in problem resolution reports- Teamwork and good communication skills at different organizational levels and with customers.- Experience in the plastics area, and works with Japanese companiesTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasExperiência:- Auditorías de calidad: 3 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Licencia/Certificación:- ISO 9001 (Obligatorio)- IATF 16949 (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
