With around 37,500 employees at over 125 locations, the Company is active worldwide and generated adjusted sales of € 8.1 billion on a preliminary basis in the fiscal year 2023.**YOUR TASKS**In this role, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class operational account management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while achieving revenue and profitability targets. You will manage a select portfolio of customers, fostering long-term relationships and driving customer development to ensure optimal market penetration.- Develop, implement and define customer-specific measures, targets and strategic initiatives to ensure consistent tracking and achievement.- Prepare, deliver, and follow up on commercial offers; support pricing negotiations and new program approvals in alignment with the local sales manager.- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders across various levels to promote Hella’s products, services, and campaigns.- Escalate customer concerns promptly and effectively within the organization.- Represent Hella at customer-related events, including trade shows and garage events.- Regularly identify and pursue growth opportunities within the assigned customer base.- Comply with safety and environmental standards relevant to the role.**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**- Bachelor’s degree.- Between 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, ideally within the automotive or manufacturing industry.- Proven ability to build and sustain long-term customer relationships.- Intermediate to advanced level of English.- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.- Strategic mindset with attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.**OUR OFFER**- Working in an international environment.- Flexible hybrid work model.- Granted profit sharing bonus.- Pension plan.- Saving fund and saving bank.**HELLAMEX**Monserrat Sáinz SilvaCarretera México Querétaro KM 30, Estado de México54763Phone:
