En SBGroup;Brindamos soluciones de transporte internacional, logística, distribución y servicios financieros a la medida de las empresas, con más de 12 años de experiência, somos un integrador de soluciones logísticas y financieras cuya plataforma a nível nacional y servicios permiten a nuestros socios comerciales y clientes contar con infraestructura en las zonas de mayor crecimiento económico e industrial del país integrados por los siguientes segmentos de negocio:- SBLogistics- SBFree Trade Zone- SBFinancial ServicesContamos con las principales certificaciones y estándares de seguridad, calidad y cumplimiento en normatividad aduanera y de transporte nacional e internacional.Te invitamos a participar para nuestra vacante como:“Customer Service Supervisor”.- Escolaridad: Licenciatura / Administración / Relaciones Internacionales / Contabilidad / Logística- Experiência 1 añosFunciones:- Dar atención y respuesta a los requerimientos de clientes.- Dar seguimiento a las ordenes generadas considerando notificaciones ASNs y señales EDI.- Revisar y concluir de manera satisfactoria cualquier tipo de escalacion con clientes.- Dar seguimiento a los estándares de entrega de proveedores via portal- Validar apertura de files en el sistema.- Revisar y dar VoBo de soportes de facturación de CSR.- Supervisar registros de WIP / ACCRUAL y posteo de compra / venta en el sistema.- Revisar files antes de su cierre con estatus CLS en el sistema.- Dar seguimiento a estatus y cierre de files: INV / CMP / Otros / CLS- Generar y entregar reporte de mercancías aseguradas y envío a departamento de seguros.- Proporcionar información a CL de avances de facturación por cliente con montos MXN y porcentajes Vs Estimado de venta BGT.- Según sea requerido o con frecuencia diaria en los últimos 6 días para cierre de mes.- Validar y entregar de reportes de las entradas y salidas.- Confirmar cierre de mes y revisión de todos los files en el sistema.- Seguimiento con los CSR para el envió mensual del ROP- Supervisar el ingreso y posteo de facturas en el sistema de proveedores.- Mantener GP (Gross Profit) para servicios CL: STORAGE, DISTRIBUTION, INSURANCE, CUSTOMS.- Dar atención y respuesta a cotización para clientes.Ofrecemos:- Sueldo bruto mensual $25.000 MXN.- Vales de despensa.- Pago quincenal.- 10% Fondo de ahorro.- Caja de Ahorro- Prestaciones de ley.- Contrato directo con empresa.Horario:- Lunes a viernes de 9:00 am a 6:00 pm.Zona de trabajo:- San Martin Obispo, Cuautitlán Izcalli Edo Mex.Interesados postularse a través de este medio.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $25,000.00 - $28,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Opción a contrato indefinido- Vales de despensaIdioma:- Inglés (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
