**IMPORTANTE EMPRESA SOLICITA BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER****MODALIDAD DE TRABAJO**: Home Office 100%.**Requisitos**:- **Edad**: 30 a 40 años.- Licenciatura en Administración de empresas, Negociosos internacionales o área afín **(concluida).**:- Experiência mínima de 3 a 5 años en puesto similar **(obligatorio).**:- Experiência o conocimiento en giro industrial, plásticos, manufactura o construcción **(indispensable).**:- **Inglés avanzado (obligatorio, la entrevista será en inglés).**:- Manejo de Excel (intermedio-avanzado).**PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES**:- Buscar oportunidades de crecimiento.- Intermediario entre empresa y cliente para satisfacción las relaciones comerciales.- Enfocar, incentivar y fortalecer relaciones comerciales que beneficien el crecimiento del negocio.- Forjar las relaciones comerciales.- Contacto con el equipo ejecutivo.- Analizar y estudiar el mercado.- Desarrollar estrategias comerciales.- Estudiar las competencias en el giro.- Incrementar la cartera de negocio.**HABILIDADES Y CONOCIMIENTOS**:- Ética profesional.- Responsabilidad.- Facilidad de palabra.- Enfocado a resultados.- Habilidad comercial.- Sueldo base de $35,000 netos mensuales.- **Comisiones del 3 al 8% **(por logros obtenidos).- Prestaciones de ley (después del tercer mes).- Capacitación.- **Home Office.**:- Crecimiento y desarrollo dentro de la empresa.**HORARIO**:- De Lunes a Viernes de 8:00 am a 5:00 pm.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: A partir de $35,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de productividadPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Tienes experiência en Giro Industrial como; platicos, manufactura o construcción? ¿En que giro?- ¿Qué nível de Excel tienes?Educación:- Licenciatura trunca o en curso (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
