Our motivated and talented team, proven processes, and sophisticated technology help companies like yours win.**Position Description**:As an **Auditor, **you will be responsible processing and auditing carrier invoices efficiently and expeditiously in accordance with carrier and/or customer contracts.**Responsibilities**:- Enter carrier freight bills- Audit carrier freight bills- Investigate and respond to billing issues/inquiries- Understand LTL carrier pricing, tariffs, accessorial charges and reasons why invoices fail audit- Understand TL carrier pricing and reasons why invoices fail audit- Prepare and analyze data to manage carrier payables- Perform other clerical/office work as needed- Answering phone calls, handling customer service requests for both clients and carriers- Corresponding with internal and external teams as needed to ensure timely/accurate payment to carriers- Identify reasons why invoices fail audit and work with carriers or internal team members to resolve the issue- Effectively manage invoice work queues to ensure all invoices are processed and transmitted to the clients on time.**Qualifications**:- Ability to read, analyze and interpret freight payment procedures and carrier pricing contracts- Ability to present information, responding to questions and providing answers to vendors and/or internal teams as it relates to carrier freight bills- Understanding of the LTL and Truckload transportation industry- Understanding of carrier pricing and invoice details- Ability to manage many different customer requirements for invoice audit- Strong attention to detail- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and collaborate within a team environment**Tools**:- Basic understanding of Outlook, Excel, Teams- MercuryGate or OTM TMS systems- Redwood’s proprietary Audit System- Paylocity- Harvest**Rewards**:In addition, when you are contracted you will receive:- Life Insurance policy for you starting 30 days after employment.- Personal Health Insurance coverage for you - Major Medical- 30 days “Aguinaldo” Christmas bonus or prorated percentage your first year.- Vacation time starting at 12 days.
