This is a full-time hybrid role for an Enterprise Software Sales Executive based in Mexico City, Mexico, with flexibility for some remote work. The Enterprise Software Sales Executive will own the complete sales cycle of ICX\u2019s enterprise software solutions (CRM, ERP, BPM, SCM, HCM, and related platforms). This is a quota-carrying, hunter-focused role centered on new logo acquisition (new customers) and territory expansion, mirroring top-performing Account Executives at Oracle, SAP, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Prospect and open new territories, identify and qualify opportunities in mid-market and enterprise accounts. Schedule and conduct initial meetings and discovery calls with decision-makers (minimum 124–15 meetings booked per week / 5060 per month metrics tracked in CRM). Present and demonstrate the value of ICX solutions to C-level executives: CTO, CIO, CMO, COO, CEO, and business area managers. Lead executive onboarding post-initial sale (kick-off sessions with CTO/CIO and key business sponsors).

Build and own your pipeline, negotiate, and close contracts for software licenses + implementation services. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue quotas, with strong emphasis on new logo acquisition (new customers) .

Qualifications

– Minimum Requirements 5+ years of experience selling enterprise software (CRM, ERP, BPM, SCM, HCM, or similar) in a pure hunter/new logo role. Proven track record of opening new territories (at least 2 full cycles of building from zero). Verifiable metrics: minimum 12 meetings booked per week and 50 per month over the last 24 months (must provide CRM reports or equivalent proof). Demonstrated experience selling to and onboarding C-level executives (CTO, CIO, and business leaders like CMO, COO, CEO).

Consistent quota attainment of 00% in at least 3 of the last 5 years. Proven consultative selling of complex enterprise solutions (Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Epicor, or equivalents). Fluent English (for C-level negotiations and presentations). Willingness to travel within Mexico (up to 40%).

Nice-to-Have Direct experience selling Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar enterprise platforms. Relevant certifications (Salesforce Admin/Developer, SAP, Oracle Cloud, etc.). Existing C-level network in Mexico (manufacturing, financial services, retail, logistics, etc.).
