We are looking for people with experience at least 5-7 yoe as MS Exchange or Windows Administrator**Skills**:One Drive / O365Messaging & Collaboration L2 Level-2 O365 certification/Onedrive B.Tech /BE/BS 5+ Years Strong knowledge and experience working with Office 365 and Azure AD.Sound knowledge for Office 365 services (Azure AD, OneDrive, Exchange Online).Responsible for establishing and maintaining O365 identity (ADConnect, Azure AD, conditional accesses) and related objects, as well as Exchange Online.Office 365 Licensing administration Office 365 Exchange Online administration (domains, policies, transport rules, etc.) Industrialization and automation of all regular operations (reporting, clean-up, security checks) Office 365 service health monitoring, and management of service requests PowerShell for migration and troubleshooting.Tracking and escalation of incidents with Office 365 technical support PowerShell scripting experience Excellent communication skills and strong team player.Knowledge of continuous update management for 0365: configures, tests, maintains and supports operating services in a production environment Communicates and educates the technical IT and business IT communities on current architectures and technologies and industry trends.We offer:**Salary**: $60,000-$70,000 grossAbove Law Benefits.Professional Growing.On site position in Guadalajara, Zapopan.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Días por enfermedad- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Rotativo- Turno de 8 horasPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- Guadalajara, Jal.: Trasladarse al trabajo sin problemas o planear mudarse antes de comenzar a trabajar (Obligatorio)Educación:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Experiência:- Microsoft Exchange: 5 años (Obligatorio)- L2 Support: 6 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés Avanzado (Obligatorio)
