We are looking to build a truly great company and are JUST GETTING STARTED.The future is bright for the Porch Group, and we’d love for you to be a part of it, as ourFloify| Billing & Operations SpecialistTHE POSITIONWHAT YOU DO- Customer Billing Support:_- Oversee all aspects of subscription billing, including subscription changes, invoice generation, and monthly reconciliation.- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer billing inquiries, ensuring prompt, clear, and professional communication.- Manage billing disputes, adjustments, and escalations in collaboration with leadership.- Monitor accounts receivable, track payment status, and follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances.- Maintain accurate billing records and document all changes that contribute to company KPIs.- Provide leadership with regular reporting on billing trends, collections, and risk- Sales Operations:_- Provide administrative and process support to the sales team.- Assist with CRM data entry and create and update CRM reporting.- Manage, prepare and organize contracts, order forms, and related documentation.- Partner with sales representatives to streamline overall deal operations.- Customer Success Operations:_- Provide administrative and process support to the customer success team.- Track customer contract renewal dates and associated billing milestones.- Monitor customer billing issues and flag potential risks for follow-up- General Operations:_- Act as the first point of contact for compliance-related inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of ticket or escalation- Track and reconcile revenue generated through partnerships, affiliates, and resellers.- Process partner payouts and provide accurate monthly reporting based on partner- requirements.- Maintain and improve process documentation, policies, and best practices.- Generate regular reports and dashboards for leadership visibility.- Identify and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.WHAT TO EXPECT:- Quick recruitment process through video calls.- Pay rate: MXN 126.00 an hour- Training: paid initial training, as well as ongoing training to help you develop in your role and career.- Career path: this is only the beginning We offer real opportunities for career growth as our team keeps on growing- Support: You’re working from home, but not alone Your team is available in real-time to help you be successful- Work/Life Balance: This is a 100% remote job, which means no more time wasted in traffic Spend more time at home, where your family needs youWHAT YOU BRING:- 1-3 years of experience in operations, sales support, or billing support.- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in customer-facing interactions.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment.- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and billing platforms.- Strong Google Workspace skills with the ability to analyze, present, and report on data.- A self-starter who thrives in collaborative environments.- An individual who balances efficiency with accuracy.- A team player passionate about supporting colleagues, customers, and partners.- Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.LI-FQ1LI-RemoteWhat’s next?Porch is committed to building an inclusive culture of belonging that not only embraces the diversity of our people but also reflects the diversity of the communities in which we work and the customers we serve.
