If so, this could be the role for you.Here at H&M México we are in search of an experienced **Talent & Employer Branding Manager** to join our team.- Is this role for you?_Our Talent & Employer Branding Manager will coordinate and oversee the recruitment strategy and expansion needs for our Support Office, DC and all the stores in Mexico. Working together with the Area HR Team and Function Managers to secure quality in recruitment processes. Our Talent Manager is an excellent brand ambassador and promote our values by acting as role model.**To be successful in the role we believe you have the following**:- Analyze current and future needs, establish a recruitment plan and acts on it- Ensure a quality recruitment process for all levels- Partners with AREA HR to develop strategic expansion recruitment programs, policies and trainings according to current regional needs and Company Standards.- Ensures that all Mexico expansion store locations have the tools and support necessary to maintain their staffing needs.- Trains and develops area team members on recruitment processes and techniques.- Partners with training responsible and coaches in stores to secure a strong on boarding and training plan.- Follows up on staff turnover and employee retention to secure quality of talent acquired.- Ensures and follows up on H&M global social and non- discriminatory policies- Represent H&M towards partners and vendors- Identify and implements needs for local social policies- Set and reach goals for global HR KPI’s- Ensure and follow legal requirements and H&M policies**_ Employer Branding:_**- Part of The Global Employer Branding team; ensures quality and efficiency of external and internal recruitment processes through an strong and inspiring message of what H&M is as an employer, maintaining high standard of brand representation in order to contribute to a satisfactory and motivating work environment.- Initiates recruitment marketing ideas through Social Media outlets in addition to developing the current media outlets.Requisitos**And as a person we believe you have the following qualities**:- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive Talent leadership experience- Must have experience working as a manager with staff responsibility, strong leadership and interpersonal skills.- Ideally, experience managing Employer Branding campaigns.- Ability to use own initiative and work as part of the team.- Delivers exceptional internal and external customer service- Sales driven and results-oriented.- Excellent presentation skills.- Ability to multi-task, determine key priorities and delegate.- Excellent organization and planning skills.- Excellent analytical skills.- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.- Ability to provide strong leadership and act as a role model for the H&M values.- ** Excellent English language skills, both verbal & written.**Información adicional
