Responsibilities:- Assist in developing company financial policies and procedures and ensure comprehensive implementation.- Responsible for developing the company's annual budget, monitoring budget execution, and making improvement suggestions.- Manage the preparation and submission of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.- Coordinate financial audit work, work with auditors to conduct audits, and promptly rectify issues identified during audits.- Responsible for managing the company's accounts, including income, expenses, assets, liabilities, etc.- Assist in handling the company's tax affairs, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and timely payment of taxes.- Coordinate with other departments, including procurement, sales, human resources, etc., to ensure coordination and cooperation between financial operations and other departments.- Timely understand and analyze financial data, provide financial reports and analysis, and provide support and recommendations for company decision-making.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or related fields.- 3 or more years of experience in financial management or related work, experience in multinational companies is preferred.- Familiar with financial regulations and accounting standards, with solid financial analysis and reporting capabilities.- Excellent communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, and strong sense of responsibility.- Fluent in English, able to communicate in written and spoken English, with a certain level of cross-cultural working ability.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernesPrestaciones:- Apoyo para estudios- Caja de ahorro- Días por enfermedad- Estacionamiento gratuito- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anualIdioma:- inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
