We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and customer-focused work environment.**Key Responsibilities**:- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information- Process refunds, cancellations, and subscriptions- Document customer interactions and update records- Resolve issues and address billing inquiries- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and adhere to campaign guidelines**Qualifications**:- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset- Ability to handle a moderate-to-high volume of inquiries- High emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills- Proficiency in digital tools and excellent verbal communication- Typing speed of 30-45 words per minute**Schedule**:- 36-hour shifts available, starting at 6 AM, 7 AM, 1 PM, or 2 PM- Flexible part-time schedules with Saturday or Sunday off**Compensation**:- Earn up to $3,032 weekly**Job Type**: Part-timePay: Up to $3,032.00 per weekExpected hours: 36 per week**Experience**:- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)Work Location: In personExpected Start Date: 19/11/2024
