**Position**: Customer Care & Retention Representative
**Location: ON SITE ONLY**:Av. P.º Río San Miguel 75-Planta alta, Proyecto Rio Sonora Hermosillo XXI, 83270 Hermosillo, Son.
**Compensation**: Earn up to $5,000 Monthly ($4,000 base salary + $1,000 performance bonus)
**Schedule**: Flexible and Convenient Shifts - Choose between FULL TIME ($5000 weekly pay) or PART TIME ($4000 weekly pay)
**Hours**: 6:00am to 3:00pm shifts - Full-time with TWO days OFF
(Tuesday and Wednesday off OR Wednesday and Thursday)
**or** 6:00am to 3:00pm shifts - Part-time with THREE days OFF.
(Thursday, Friday and Saturday)
Focus: Strong Communication & Retention Skills
**What You'll Do**:
- Provide exceptional customer service and product retention
- Use your negotiation skills to convert returns/cancellation requests into saves
- Address customer concerns and find solutions to keep them satisfied
**Job Qualifications**:
- Advanced English proficiency
- 1+ years of experience in a similar position preferred
- Strong computer skills and typing speed (40+ words per minute)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
