By hiring the best and brightest minds—and that’s why we want you**What will you work on?**The Spin Master Sales Analyst will be a key contributor to Spin Master Mexico. The Sales Analysts will assess data like customer metrics, competitor information, and sales channels to determine the best methods of increasing both revenue and market share. They will provide advice to their sales teams to develop sales targets, assess strategies to boost revenue, and develop promotional campaigns and budgets. The Sales Analyst will go trough sales data from internal and retailers reports, will evaluate and analyze data over time, will create forecasts for future sales trends, and will present conclusions to manager.**How will you create impact?**- Preparing sales forecasts and collecting and analyzing data to evaluate current sales goals and sales potential.- Help with communication with designated retailers.- Gathering and analyzing data to prepare detailed reports.- Presenting weekly/monthly sales reports to the Senior Management.- Coordinating with the Marketing team to create promotional materials.- Reviewing the company’s past and current sales performance.- Referring to internal and external sources for report preparation.- Presenting detailed insights, recommendations, and feedback on company sales.- Conducting thorough research on current market trends- Implementing, managing, and improving sales processes- Collecting data from sales reports for analysis.- Closely studying and analyzing past sales data to determine trends and make forecasting for the accounts in charge.- Conducing research into competition and the surrounding market.- Making sales evaluation reports based on collected data.- Presenting sales reports to company managers, directors, and General manager.- Suggesting adjustments and revisions to promotional strategies to improve sales and profitability**What are your skills and experience?**- 2-3 years experience in same position preferably in multinational company- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other presentation software- Basic understanding of financial forecasting- #LI-HYBRID #LI-HM1_**What you can expect from us**:Our mission is to Make Life More Fun with a vision to push the boundaries of innovation, creativity, and fun.- Growth and Career Opportunities- Flexible Work Hours- Innovation, Collaboration and Fun- Comprehensive Benefits- Other fun Perks**What’s it like to work here?**Spin Master is a fast-paced, hands-on organization that provides many great opportunities for impactful decision-making; though our challenging start-up atmosphere isn’t for everyone, we have a proven record of opportunities for future advancement and internal transfers for our passionate and results driven team.Everyone is welcome in our sandbox and we are committed to an accessible and inclusive hiring process that provides reasonable accommodation to all applicants.- We do appreciate all interest; however only those selected for interview will be contacted._
