**Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in healthcare?****About the Role**: As a Revenue Cycle Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting the BPO Operations. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring accurate account resolution and reconciliation of outstanding balances for external customers' patient accounts. You will work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment to provide exceptional service and add value to both internal and external customers.**Key Responsibilities**:- Perform revenue cycle functions to meet or exceed key performance metrics.- Collect and analyze patient and payer information to facilitate account resolution.- Manage inquiries through written and electronic correspondence to ensure customer satisfaction.- Resolve outstanding accounts while adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.- Maintain high standards of ethical and moral conduct in all interactions.**What We’re Looking For**:- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.**Why Join Us?** We believe in the power of service and the importance of integrity.
