TripleTen is a remote first organization mirroring our students who complete our bootcamps in a remote environment.We are looking for a skilled **Growth Analyst**who will support our team in exploring leads behavior in sales funnels, automate their processes, and assess the approaches of sales leaders to close deals.**Requirements**:- Proficiency in English - Upper-Intermediate level or higher (B2+);- 3+ years of experience as a Growth/Product Analyst;- Excellent analytical skills and working experience on analytics tools required (SQL, Excel, Tableau/DataLens, Python). Experience with PySpark, AWS, GitLab, AirFlow is a plus.- Excellent knowledge of product and business metrics;- Ability to effectively present growth metric experiment results and provide clear recommendations for action.- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams encompassing marketing, growth, sales, communications, low-code automations, and development.- Experienced in designing and conducting experiments;- Familiar with the basics of probability theory and mathematical statistics.What you will do:- Design and build the system of Sales analytics dashboards;- Test hypotheses by picking a suitable experiment design, defining metrics, and setting timeframes;- Analyze and evaluate the launch and scaling effect of Growth team’s initiatives;- Interact with stakeholders, users, related departments, and teams;- Collect insights about the audience and product.What we can offer you:- Competitive compensation range pending experience and skills.- Level of freedom to determine the vision of projects and resources to achieve it.
