**Job Description: Buyer/Material Planner****Location**: Mexico City (zona Polanco II) and GDL (2 cuadras de Centro Magno).**About Wexpand**:At Wexpand, we are revolutionizing the way companies expand globally. Our expertise in BPO, recruitment, and nearshoring solutions helps businesses around the world grow without limits.**Key Responsibilities**:- Identify and determine the purchasing needs of the organization.- Work with Production departments to forecast demand, evaluate inventory levels, and place internal orders.- Negotiate with suppliers.- Manage costs to identify potential cost reduction areas and analyze the impact of price changes on goods and services.- Procure materials using knowledge of current inventory levels for required items.- Create purchase orders using defined procurement protocols.- Assist in receiving purchased materials and services, and maintain detailed records of purchases and stock.- Closely monitor deliveries and any overdue shipments.- Build relationships with suppliers and manage their performance.- Conduct routine business reviews with suppliers, evaluating their performance and compliance.**Qualifications**:- Advanced English (C1, C2)- Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in supply chain management or a related field.**Soft Skills**:- Leadership and project management skills.- Ability to manage, set, and clearly communicate goals and objectives.- Strong time management, organizational planning, and problem-solving skills.**Technical Skills**:- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.- **Must**: Experience with **Oracle** and background in telecommunications or construction.**Schedule**:Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **ONSITE**.**Salary**: 18,000 to 21,000 MXN net per month.Pay: $18,000.00 - $21,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- How many years of experience do you have working with ORACLE?- What is your level of proficiency in English?Work Location: In person
