Collaborates and develops effective working relationships with key individuals across functions and external venders to accomplish mutual goals**.****Minimum Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Talent Development, Human Resources, or related work experience.ORAssociate's degree and 5+ years of Talent Development, Human Resources, or related work experience.ORHigh School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Talent Development, Human Resources, or related work experience.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Humanities, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.- 5+ years of Talent Development-related work experience.**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:- Learns and applies knowledge of Talent Development principles, processes, tools, and best practices to support, drive, and lead projects focused on training and developing employees with mínimal supervision.- Develops content and materials (e.g., tool kits, tip sheets, job aids, timelines, etc.) for Talent Development's global programming and organizational development initiatives with some guidance.- Delivers training sessions for large groups of employees and leaders.- Collaborates with leadership on the direction of Talent Development projects, programs, and initiatives.- Collaborates and develops effective working relationships with partners within and outside team to complete work and accomplish goals.- Coordinates development programs (e.g., leadership development, organizational development, training programs, etc.) with external vendors and/or internal resources with guidance.- Leverages data from multiple sources (e.g., analytic tools, surveys, training metrics, needs assessments, observations, supervisors, etc.) to make data-based decisions regarding talent development related topics and projects with some supervision.- Seeks and acquires advanced knowledge of various areas related to Talent Development; shows interest in a specific area of expertise.- Writes clear and detailed technical documentation for projects with mínimal supervision.**Level of Responsibility**:- Works under some supervision.- Provides some supervision/guidance to other members; does not have direct reports.- Decisions are moderate in nature. Errors are detected and corrected with relatively minor financial impact or effect on projects, operations, or customer relationships.
