The main goal is to develop and guide leaders within the organization through strategic coaching programs, helping them enhance their leadership, communication, decision-making, and team management skills. This person will be key in implementing professional growth programs for semi-senior profiles, focusing on strengthening their abilities to lead successfully.**Responsabilites**:- Conduct individualized and group coaching sessions for supervisors, managers, and leaders, focusing on leadership development, decision-making, team management, and effective communication.- Design and implement strategic leadership development programs to foster the growth of talent pools, focusing on key skills for supervisors and leaders at all levels.- Ensure program alignment with the company's strategic goals and the development needs of participants.- Update and adapt training materials based on business needs and participant feedback.- Monitor the progress of leaders in their development programs, providing continuous feedback and adjustments when necessary to ensure long-term success.- Help the design and content production team to design and adapt training materials based on business needs and participant feedback.**Requirements**:- **Experience**: 4 years in coaching, organizational development, or training roles focused on leadership and team management, preferably with experience working with semi-senior profiles (supervisors, managers, CEOs). Experience in dynamic environments and/or the financial sector is a plus.- **Coaching Skills**: Solid training and experience in executive coaching techniques, leadership development, and team management.- **Competencies**:- Mastery of coaching tools and training platforms.- Ability to design development programs tailored to the needs of leaders.- Ability to build trust and establish effective relationships with leaders at different levels within the organization.- **Bilingual**: Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English, spoken and written, to conduct sessions and prepare materials in both languages.- **Organization and Project Management**: Ability to manage multiple coaching and development initiatives simultaneously, maintaining a results-oriented and excellence-driven approach.**Nice to have**:- Certified trainer or certified coach or any similar credentials.- Previous experience in face to face sales or customer service.- English Advance/Bilingual (essential requirement)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoBeneficios:- Aumentos salariales- Bebidas gratis- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horas
