El puesto ideal de Customer Success Manager es una persona apasionada, motivada y colaborativa que desarrollará un profundo conocimiento de los negocios y objetivos de nuestros socios, generará ideas, soluciones y oportunidades innovadoras para ellos. Esta persona es un gran comunicador y experto en construir y mantener relaciones saludables con clientes/socios que se basan en la transparencia y la confianza. Finalmente, también tiene experiencia en servicio al cliente y administración de cuentas.
El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia previa trabajando con empresas con sede en los EE. UU.
Qué hará:
- Ayudar con todas las tareas de administración de cuentas.
- Mantener una comunicación abierta con todos nuestros socios actuales y decidir dónde debemos invertir/asignar nuestros recursos.
- Trabajar para establecer una alineación interfuncional para abordar las preguntas de los clientes de manera oportuna.
- Ser el enlace entre nuestros equipos y socios externos, liderazgo interno, productos, legal, operaciones de ventas y otros equipos.

- Grandes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.
- Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas.
- Capacidad para desarrollar relaciones saludables con los clientes.
- Excelente para evaluar y analizar las necesidades de los clientes.
- Experto en generar confianza y transparencia con los clientes.
- Experiencia en la incorporación de nuevos clientes.
- Actuar como defensor del cliente y saber cuándo escalar los problemas de los clientes.
- Ampliar el alcance de las asociaciones con nuevos productos y servicios.
- Crear excelentes relaciones que promuevan la lealtad del cliente.
Beneficios y compensación:
Salario base: $35,000 brutos
Bono por metas $15,000 (no topado)
Seguro médico importante
Trabajo remoto con reuniones de equipo ocasionales en el lugar.
