They communicate, train, and develop the portfolio within the channel, gaining prominence and relevance.**What You Can Expect**- Build and nurture authentic relationships with hospitality professionals, industry influencers, and key on-premise accounts, fostering genuine connections and establishing a strong network of brand advocates.- Develop and execute impactful advocacy plans and campaigns in key cities, strategically targeting influential outlets and creating memorable brand experiences that resonate with target audiences.- Plan, execute, and supervise engaging brand consumer events, ensuring meticulous attention to detail, alignment with program goals, and thorough evaluation of key initiatives to maximize impact and return on investment.- Serve as a passionate brand expert and articulate spokesperson, providing comprehensive education to trade partners, media outlets, and influencers, effectively communicating brand stories, product knowledge, and market trends.- Collaborate closely with the local brand team to develop innovative programs and ideas that generate excitement and drive brand engagement, contributing to creating new cocktails and actively participating in Brown-Forman events.- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, business acumen, and communication skills, ensuring the efficient and effective use of resources to achieve ambitious objectives and maximize brand impact.- Uphold the company's unwavering commitment to social responsibility, representing the brand with integrity and authenticity and ensuring all activities align with the brand's values and mission.**What You Bring to the Table**- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications.- 5+ years of experience in the on-premise sector, preferably as a bartender or brand ambassador.- Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken).- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and achieve common goals.- Creative, inspiring, and engaging approach to audience engagement.- Existing network within the hospitality industry, including professionals, influencers, and on-premise accounts.- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.- Strong business acumen and communication skills.- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and achieve results. What Makes You Unique- Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador, promoter, or similar role.- Social Media Savvy: Experience with social media platforms and content creation is a plus.- Strong listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Experience working with agencies, organizing events, etc.- Availability for flexible hours, including evening customer visits and event attendance.**Who We Are**We believe great people build great brands.
