Join a dynamic, growing team that offers healthcare providers an array of medical technology solutions that make a difference in patients’ lives.**Position Summary**- Sr. Sales Operations Specialist reports to the Manager, Sales Operations.- Will take the lead to coordinate with Regulatory, Marketing, Finance and Demand Planning to build a plan on new products codes, changing the status based on marketing or regulatory’s direction. The position will include the use of SAP queries, mass change functions, and be skilled in various master data objects.**Principal Responsibilities**- Data management and analysis identifying trends, generating performance reports, and proposing data-driven strategies.- Dashboarding, building and maintaining advanced Power BI dashboards for real-time insights.- Material codes management, ensuring alignment to master data creation/modification processes.**Education / Experience Requirements**- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.- Experience in the medical devices industry is preferred due to regulatory complexities.**Specialized Skills / Other Requirements**- Proficiency in business analytics creating reports and maintaining data accuracy.- Knowledge of SAP for pricing, order management, purchase info records, etc.- Strong skills in Power BI for creating dashboards and analyzing sales performance data- Advanced Excel- Demonstrated strong aptitude to learn new things easily.- Ability to work independently to meet project requirements with mínimal supervision.- Ability to present ideas and information in group settings.- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment.- At Teleflex, we follow a comprehensive hiring process.
