Sales Operations Specialist III

The Sales Operations Specialist will serve as a vital link between the Sales Operations Manager and the Service Center, ensuring seamless communication and execution of customer-specific requests. This role is dedicated to managing special customer requests, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions that meet customer expectations. What you'll be doing: Customer Request Management: Act as the primary point of contact for special customer requests, ensuring all requirements are clearly understood and documented. Collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager to prioritize and execute customer-specific tasks. Coordination with Service Center: Work closely with the Service Center team to ensure customer requests are fulfilled accurately and on time. Monitor progress and provide updates to the Sales Operations Manager and customers as needed. Process Execution: Implement and oversee processes to handle special customer requests efficiently. Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise during execution. Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular reports on the status of customer requests and share insights with the Sales Operations Manager. Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed. Continuous Improvement: Suggest process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of handling special customer requests. Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into daily operations. What We Are Looking For: Bachelor's degree completed. 3-5 years of experience in Operations support. English proficiency, resume must be provided in English Excellent communication skills. ERP knowledge. Advanced Excel skills. Database analysis and management experience. Previous Project management experience is desirable.
