**Position Overview**
As a Customer Training Specialist, your primary objective is to guarantee an exceptional experience for our customers in every interaction with our suite of products and services. This includes ensuring a high-quality experience during the initial training post-sale and providing continuous coaching for users at all levels throughout their engagement with the client.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Proficient in developing, overseeing, and presenting training sessions through online training tools.
- Skilled in producing customer-oriented training videos.
- Capable of providing training in various formats, including individual sessions, group sessions, webinars, and face-to-face interactions.
- Able to seamlessly transition training interactions into potential lead generation opportunities when appropriate.
- Emphasis on user education and promoting the adoption of products/services.
- Willingness to occasionally travel for professional development, customer user workshops, or corporate meetings.
- Familiarity with administrative processes.
**Required Experience/Skills**:
- Customer-centric approach with a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.
- 1+ years of experience as training specialist
- Advanced English level
- Outstanding interpersonal communication and presentation skills, coupled with high energy and the ability to be assertive while maintaining respect.
- Resourceful, organized, and exhibits a professional demeanor.
- Understanding and appreciation of change management aspects, emphasizing the drive for adoption and adherence.
- Proficiency in an additional language, particularly Portuguese and French, at a professional level, is highly desirable.
