Job Description Summary

Manage Distributors: Si, Inventories, product inclusion, hospital tender preparation & commercial strategy & development via trade.

Access Hospital and participate in tenders, new product inclusion, work with procurement departments.

Promotion: Visit rheumatologists, gastroenterologists, dermatologists and nefrologists.

Push sales: From trade to channel – Pull sales: Stimulate demand and secure delivery.

Job Purpose

Major Accountabilities

  • Immunology Market understanding
  • Commercial Execution
  • Taylor Made commercial strategies depending on key account
  • Resource maximization (local event execution)
  • Ensure the presence, positioning, and expansion of the Sandoz portfolio by the potential Key Accounts (Private Hospitals, Insurance Companies, etc.)
  • Maintain business relationships with decision makers.
  • Analyze strategic information of prices.
  • Mapping.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Main Focus- Promotion: Number of visits, calls, sales per territory, new accounts generated.
  • Coordination and communication with distributors, ensure the correct inventories for them and is responsible for the sell-out.

Impact on the organization: Promotion on recently launched portfolio with no prior experience for Sandoz (immunology).

Ideal Background

Education: Bachelor's degree in any area - preferred Business, Economics, Management.

Experience: 5+ Years’ experience in Sales (including at least 3 in Specialties/Hospitals). Key account management and hospital access experience (Registering or accessing with new products) would be a plus.

Languages: Spanish & English (Nice to have - not mandatory).
