The purpose is to perform transactional activities such as PO generation /internal process compliance/supplier payment follow up/supply manager support/negotiations/legal contract follow up/direct approach with local and global suppliers- Meetings with stakeholders to review the site needs.- Direct approach (phone calls, mails) with suppliers in order to request quotations, payment issues, material or service deliver, negotiation.- Transactional Activities through SAP system- Transactional Activities with the back office support team in India- Country regulations alignment**Job Requirements**:- Administrative/Economics Bachelor Degree- 2 Years experience in Procurement Department- Microsoft Office Knowledge- SAP Knowledge (Desirable)- Advance English Language- Contract management knowledge- Negotiation Skills- Negotiation Skills- Data Analysis- Teamwork**_ IFF es un empleador que ofrece igualdad de oportunidades._
