**Job Title: Sugar & Cocoa Buyer Coordinator****SUMMARY**:**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF...**- Act as a liaison between Quality and Agriculture solutions and business needs, providing advice and solutions to markets and businesses within the scope.- Gather and evaluate functional requirements, write specifications, and support developers in implementing Packaging Environmental Sustainability solutions across LATAM.- Identify, test, and implement changes to current systems to ensure compliance, improve performance, and usability.- Support the deployment of IT solutions in factories across LATAM markets and act as the second level of support for stream solutions, resolving incidents and driving continuous improvement.- Partner with business and IS/IT teams to understand needs, translate requirements, and propose alternative solutions, while also facilitating strategy and innovation planning with stakeholders.**WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL**:- Knowledge of similar businesses, e.g., chocolate, sugar, food, etc.- Demonstrated success in delivering competitive advantage to the business through the development and implementation of sourcing strategies for the spend category in charge over a sustained period (2-3 years).- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead projects.- Demonstrated successful use of risk management, analyses, responsible sourcing, and supplier relationship management.- Successful negotiation experience in cross-functional and cross-market teams.
