**MISIÓN**:Definir, validar e implementar la estrategia de Compras para el manejo de las categorías de gasto asignadas, asegurando proveeduría garantizada en cuanto a cantidad, calidad y tiempo optimizando los beneficios para obtener las mejores condiciones de Compra.**RESPONSABILIDADES**:1.Definir, desarrollar e implementar las estrategias de abastecimiento para las categorías de gastos asignadas, basados en la metodología 7 Steps for Strategic Sourcing y cumpliendo los 7 Best Practices de Compras para generar valor agregado y beneficios a las Unidades de Negocio.2.Identificar, seleccionar y desarrollar una base de proveedores apropiada y confiable de acuerdo a la categoría de gasto asignada, basados en la metodología Strategic Sourcing con el objetivo de garantizar el abasto y la continuidad de los negocios, con un apego total al código de proveedores (Supplier Management Plan).3.Asegurar la mejor decisión de compra basada en el análisis TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), con la finalidad de tomar la mejor decisión en cuanto a compras.4.Impulsar la Innovación y Renovación con proveedores y Stakeholders, ofreciendo a los negocios las tendencias, tecnología de punta y los productos y/o servicios innovadores del momento para apoyar el crecimiento sostenible y sustentable de las marcas.**Requisitos**:- Lic. Administración, Ingeniero Agrónomo, Mecánico, Eléctrico (Conforme a Categoría a Desarrollar)- Ingles avanzado- 2 Años como Comprador de Categoría- Relación con Aduanas
