We are an important logistics company that specializes in providing 4PL services to our clients, one of which is a distinguished leader in the technology field.We are looking for:Quality and Methods Manager**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in quality, Industrial Methods or similar in Supply Chain Management- English fluent- Familiarity with quality standards and processes to follow federal, state, and local regulations- Communication skills to convey information in reports, meetings, and status reports- Knowledge of the product/processes to perform accurate quality control- Attention to detail- Analysis, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to review systems, find flaws and pose solutions to those flaws- Experience in Quality project manager, Methods (Processes) projects Manager, KPI management, Logistics, and ISO Certification KnowledgePosition SummaryResponsible for a Regional Quality and Methods animationMain Activities- Management of the Quality and Methods Projects actors- Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate products/processes: Undertake internal and process audits of the Quality Management System (QMS)- Ensuring that processes adhere to quality standards- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data for Internal Metrics, LEO (Efficiency and Ops), Dashboards, and Data Quality (Qlik)- Working according to deadlines for internal delivery of results- Training and managing operations staff in best practices and quality assessment of processes and risk associated- Working with Compliance team to make sure control points in processes through the operation work as expected and accordingly to GEODIS standards- Manage the local QMS support: control the update, revision and modification of the in-house systems and procedures- Lead the program for AMS teams to update quality documentation and communicate to carry forward lessons learned from quality concerns in new customer contracts- Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audits- Introduce new systems and procedures where appropriate**Benefits**:- Law and additional benefits- Monday to friday 08:30 - 17:30- Growth opportunities
