Sales Executive Sr.- Private Hospitals

- Proceso de venta, atención a cuentas asignadas, detección de oportunidad de venta, cierre de ventas, detección de tomadores de decisión.
- Elaboración y cumplimiento de Forecast de Venta.
- Conocimiento en temas de licitaciones.
- Relación con lideres de opinión y desarrollo de negocios.
- Analizar el volumen de ventas, costos y utilidades, con la finalidad de realizar propuestas para mejora o mantenimiento adecuado de las mismas.
- Realizar el monitoreo y control de clientes, pronósticos y proyectos a través del CRM.
- Administración de cuentas y clientes.
- Detectar oportunidades de negocio, y diseñar planes de acción.
- Experiencia en ventas (sector público y privado).
- Proponer soluciones integrales de negocio.
- Supervisión del equipo de trabajo y elaboración de planes de trabajo.
- 5 años de experiencia en ventas de Dispositivos Médicos INDISPENSABLE
- Inglés Intermedio (contacto con Alemania, capacitaciones, atención a juntas y visitas del corporativo a oficinas) INDISPENSABLE
- Manejo de Salesforce (deseable)
- Paquetería Office: Intermedio-Avanzado
- Licenciatura en Negocios, Administración o Biomédicos y/o afín (Maestría deseable)
- Comunicación Efectiva, Orientación al Cliente, Orientación a Resultados, Proactivo, Innovador, Negociación, Liderazgo
