Our passion for innovation, a pioneering spirit and the unique Puratos culture drive our solid growth and vision for the future This, along with our commitment to our local communities, is what makes working at Puratos so magical.To strengthen our team in **MEXICO**we are looking for:**Training & Development Manager**( _México _)**Your Mission**Ensure the development of sales force capabilities through office and field training.**What you will do**- Develop and implement Sales Academy Programs- Coordinate, Train and ensure PSS program throughout the sales organization- Develop and ensure Digital MDO is executed throughout the sales organization- Promote and generate change management in the sales structure for the adoption of new tools and work processes- Collaborate in the improvement of the leadership of middle managers in sales**What we expect from you**- _Education level: Bachelor of marketing and/or business or related areas. MBA desirable. _- _English as a second language _- _3 to 5 years of experience in: _- _Knowledge of evaluations and development of personnel and programs in the field _- _Solid, proven working experience in previous similar roles, ideally being part of a country or regional management teams. _- _Preparing and implementing sales & training strategies and plans. _- _Sales and Operational experience capable of driving change through digital tools. _- _Proven track record leading and inspiring teams, partners and stakeholders _- _Experience in Food Industry or Consumer Goods a plus**What you can expect from Puratos**You will join a fast-growing, stable family business that has become an international market leader with a corporate culture in which innovation and entrepreneurship are part of our main priorities.
