Do you drive retention through real results and expansion? You've managed customer relationships where success meant both renewals and upsells. You'll own the entire customer journey from onboarding to expansion. You'll identify accounts ready to upgrade, and you'll make sure every customer sees measurable value. The Role Here's what you'll do: Onboard new customers and ensure they're set up for success from day one Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks before they churn Identify expansion opportunities and upsell customers to higher-tier programs Handle support requests while looking for patterns that indicate upgrade potential Track customer progress and use data to drive retention and revenue conversations Build relationships with customers that lead to renewals, referrals, and expansion This is for You If... You view every customer conversation as an opportunity to deliver value and grow the account. You use customer behavior and engagement metrics to spot opportunities and risks. You fix issues fast and turn problems into reasons customers stay and grow with you. You make customers feel heard while naturally guiding them toward solutions that expand their investment. Skills & Experience Must-Haves: 3+ years in customer success, account management, or sales in a SaaS, digital products, or service-based company Proven track record of meeting retention and expansion targets Experience identifying upsell opportunities and closing expansion deals Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with CRM tools and customer success platforms Self-motivated and able to manage your own pipeline Nice-to-Haves: Background in marketing or sales teams Experience with subscription-based or coaching businesses Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify Previous work in wellness, fitness, or personal development industries What We Offer Compensation: $2,500/month USD Schedule: Full-time contractor, 40 hours/week with overlap during EST business hours About Us We help professionals achieve their goals through structured programs and personalized support.
