From seamless point-of-sale systems to integrated restaurant management solutions, every SpotOn tool is designed to help local businesses increase profits and create better experiences for their customers and employees.Recently, SpotOn was:- Named one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies of 2024- Awarded Great Places to Work and Built In's Best Workplaces for the third year in a row- Selected as the Best Overall Restaurant POS by NerdWallet- Rated the top-rated point-of-sale (POS) for restaurants, bars, retail, and small businesses by Capterra usersWe're committed to caring hard and moving fast so that we can continue to grow and make a positive impact together.That's where you come in.We are looking for **Statements & Billing Representatives** to join our customer service team.As a Statements & Billing Representative, you will be responsible for managing billing clarifications while providing excellent customer service.We are looking for someone who is bilingual with customer service experience, preferably in a banking, finance, payments or customer service related environment.**Responsibilities**:- Manage, process and resolve billing clarifications in an accurate and timely manner.- Provide excellent customer service through verbal and written communication.- Focus on problem solving, on handling difficult and high-stress situations.- Establish strong relationships with clients and colleagues to maintain fluid communication and encourage their retention.- Work closely with internal and external partners- Walk customers through their statements to explain charges and rates**Requirements**:- Advanced English (C1)- 1-3 years of experience working in a customer service environment- Experience in banking, finance, payments, or related customer service industries- Experience in customer retention roles that require basic Math and calculations- Excellent customer relationship skills and a passion for achieving goals.- Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting- Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy to quickly de-escalate tense situations.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage internal and external relationships.- Ability to establish lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).- It is valued to have completed university or technical studies.**#LI-Onsite**SpotOn is an e-verify company.
