The associate will review the home details with the seller, gauge their motivation, and set up an appointment with our Closers.**QUALIFICATIONS**- Highly empathetic, kind demeanor (we work with sellers in a variety of challenging situations that require a great deal of care and empathy to build trusting relationships)- Well organized independent thinker focused on exceeding goals- Proven track record of sales or appointment-setting success- Patient, persistent and proactive- Coachable and open to growth through feedback- Reliable and punctual going above and beyond when needed**REQUIREMENTS**- Business level English / ability to comfortably think, write, read and speak fluently in English- Dedicated remote workspace with laptop / desktop suitable for business needs- Fast reliable internet connection (minimum of 35 MBPS download and 10 MBPS upload)**COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS**- $6.00 per hour + variable commission on each deal closed (up to 3% commissions)- Commissions are uncapped, so the earnings are limitless- Weekly pay structure- Work from home- Ten (10) days of paid time off each year (after four months of service with the company)**ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS**Reports directly to the Acquisitions Department ManagerPay: $19,876.00 - $81,495.00 per monthCOVID-19 considerations:This is a work from home position.Application Question(s):- Are you willing and able to work at least one weekend day each week?**Experience**:- Sales: 1 year (preferred)- Appointment Setting: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- , read and write fluently in English?
