For my client, a rapidly growing international FinTech dedicated to revolutionizing financial services in Mexico, we are searching for an experienced visionary Operational Director - Talent Acquisition & Process Optimization (FinTech) to fuel their remarkable growth.

We are looking for a seasoned professional who brings seniority , strong stakeholder relationship management , and a strategic, global vision to the table. You will demonstrate proven leadership qualities , experience in international companies , and a successful track record in high-volume recruitment (100+ hires monthly) . Your expertise in process building , optimization, and a solid sales background will be critical in driving organizational growth and operational excellence in this dynamic, technology-driven ecosystem.

  • High-Volume Hiring Mastery - demonstrated success in orchestrating complex, large-scale hiring initiatives (100+ positions monthly) while maintaining rigorous quality standards.
  • Operational Savvy & Scalability - expertise in process design and optimization, adept at building frameworks that support sustainable and efficient talent acquisition operations.
  • Dynamic & Energetic - passionate, motivated, and ready to thrive in an environment where ambition, innovation, and adaptability define the norm.
  • Fluency in Spanish AND English or Russian is required.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with leaders at all levels, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor with deep recruiting expertise and global business insight.
  • Develop and implement robust recruitment frameworks designed to support the steady acquisition of 100+ exceptional hires each month, ensuring both speed and quality.
  • Assess, design, and refine comprehensive talent acquisition workflows, driving heightened efficiency, scalability, and seamless candidate experiences.
  • Lead process-building initiatives, implement continuous improvement methodologies, and integrate industry best practices to enhance recruitment and operational outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership team to harmonize talent strategies with the company's overarching goals, ensuring that recruitment efforts directly contribute to global expansion plans.
  • Demonstrate a results-oriented mindset, ensuring the recruitment function drives tangible business performance and advances organizational success.
