The Strategic Operations department at Inter-Con is responsible for implementing this technology at a rapid pace and developing business processes to compliment innovation while empowering operational business leaders on the ground. As a Strategic Operations Manager, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects using your technology and project management expertise. This will include gathering requirements from internal customers, managing project schedules, identifying risks, and clearly communicating to project stakeholders. The Strategic Operations Manager will directly influence the product roadmap and be accountable for the success of the regional scheduling and administrative support teams. This person will be based in our CDMX offices as part of our Mexico Support System Team and will report directly to our US based operations (English is required for this position).**Responsibilities**- Evaluate current operational procedures and identify inefficiencies through data analysis and on-the-ground evaluation- Clearly document, prioritize, and communicate inefficiencies to the Director of Strategic Operations and partner to develop solutions- Lead successful requirements gathering for optimizing current operational procedures by engaging operational stakeholders and getting their buy-in- Create actionable project plans that clearly dictate the steps needed to implement short-term and long-term solutions- Create standard operating procedures, supporting documentation, key performance indicators, and benchmarks, as well as perform onsite training when necessary- Drive change as an expert in all levels of Inter-Con technology to include both the front-end tools as well as the backend systems that ensure the timeliness and accuracy of employee scheduling and pay- Manage cross-functional projects in a matrix organization covering a range of areas and disciplines- Accountable for the success of the regional scheduling and data administrative teams while driving multiple initiatives at once- Manage project status, track project deliverables, and provide appropriate escalation and resolution of risks as needed- Actively support regional contract managers who request help with recurring issues in their daily operations- Confidence in holding people accountable, regardless of position, across the organization- Add to discussions when it comes to strategies for controlling costs, reducing risk exposure, improving efficiency, and ensuring regulatory compliance**Qualifications**- 5+ years’ experience as a professional, business consultant in a technical project manager capacity- Possess technical writing and communication skills- Strong overall project management skills and ability to manage teams- Strong ability to build credible relationships across multiple internal customer groups- Proven ability to adapt in a constantly changing industry, where technology is changing at a rapid pace- Confidence in holding people accountable, regardless of position, across the organization- Leverage technology to implement and improve processes- Experience working with one or more of the following systems: Salesforce, with mobile technology- MUST BE BILINGUAL SPANISH-ENGLISH*Please submit resume in English*Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.- Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is an affirmative action employer who provides equal employment opportunities to minorities, females, veterans, and disabled individuals, as well as other protected groups._Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Diurno- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Descuentos y precios preferenciales- Opción a contrato indefinido- Teléfono de la empresa- Vales de despensa
