Las calificaciones en estudios de secretaría serán una ventaja- Ingles fluido- Conocimiento de MS Office y software de gestión de oficina (ERP, etc.)- Experiência trabajando con tomadores de decisiones senior- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación / interpersonales.- Excelentes habilidades de organización.- Familiaridad con los procedimientos de gestión de la oficina y los principios básicos de contabilidad.Requerimientos deseables- Deseable 2 años de experiência- Deseable: habilidades analíticas- Habilidades y competencias comprobadas en el diseño, la gestión, la coordinación y la implementación de esfuerzos de cambio complejos- Gran capacidad para sintetizar grandes cantidades de información en porciones sucintas y fáciles de digerir y para analizar las actividades y esfuerzos en varias partes de la organización, y extraer ideas, conexiones e interdependencias para mejorar los planes y la coordinación dentro de la organización- Experiência comprobada traduciendo la estrategia de liderazgo senior en un plan ejecutable y facilitando el desarrollo de la estrategia- Experiência con la traducción de datos en imágenes utilizando Tableau, PowerBI, PowerPoint, InDesign o Adobe Creative Suite de software.Preferred certifications- IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis) certification- Lean Six Sigma certification- Change Management (CCMP, Prosci ATD)About our businessTC Energy is a leading energy infrastructure company in North America.
