Our team of experts is committed to delivering exceptional services to our partners, leveraging our skilled teams, cutting-edge solutions, and advanced technologies to provide the highest value.**Primary Responsibilities**:- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities;- Diligently maintain active engagement through CRM to stay current on leads and follow-ups to increase customer interest in the product;- Craft a great first impression on our prospects and customers by providing them with a world-class experience and unique customer service;- Partner with Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your sales and interpersonal skills;- Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries and help the company execute its wellness needs;- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in the product;- Cold call target prospects to demonstrate product features and benefits;- Conduct “pre-call” investigative work to increase the ability to understand the customer's current state, competition, etc.;- Achieve quotas of sourced qualified opportunities and closed business;- Continuously source new business prospects through outbound and other activities;- Collect market intelligence and competitive information;- Minimum of 2 years experience within a contact center environment as a Team Leader;- Responsible for managing and motivating the agents;- Responsible for ensuring the partnership relationship between the Client and Helpware POC.
