You will be part of the Network Operations Center. The team manages our corporate network.As an Operations Analyst, you will develop your IT skills in a large enterprise, collaborate with people from different countries and enjoy a great work environment.This Job is located in #LI-Hybrid within Queretaro and will report to Manager.**Key Responsibilities**- Analyze, troubleshoots, and resolve network alerts.- Follow knowledge articles to provide support for these systems.- Work with cross-function teams of IT professionals to troubleshoot these systems.- Track the resolution of all issues- Escalates critical issues to the NOC Shift Supervisor and support teams.- Work with ISPs and other service providers to create support issues.**Qualifications**- Knowledge of telecommunication systems, such as network architectures, IP voice, data, or internet technologies- Knowledge of servers (Linux and Windows).- English written and verbal communication skills, including ability to work with customers throughout the organization.
