Together we develop, enable and provide people with the framework, tools, support and expertise to ensure the right level of compensations.Descripción del empleoResponsible for providing an overview and support on all company compensation programs and initiatives for H&M, to ensure compliance, internal equity and external competitiveness. Completes analysis and reporting responsibilities for HR team.- Job Responsibility including but not limited to: _Compensation/Merit Increase- Counsels and coaches management on compensation practices.- Partners with Training Department for any performance management or compensation trainings.- Completes APR calculations for Support Office process and all business units- Completes all Minimum Wage and Living Wage analysis.- Creates analysis, calculations and reports that reflect current and future compensation strategy.- Responsible for soliciting Salary Data for any expansion markets that will fall under the Sales Market responsibility.Market Pricing- Assists in updating and ensuring company has legally compliant job descriptions for designated groups responsible for.- Responsible for selecting and completing all salary and policy surveys in a timely and efficient manner.- Responsible for maintaining a comprehensive job inventory and salary structure for all current Sales Market job roles and recommends market-based compensation while ensuring internal and external equity for designated groups responsible for.**Benefits**:- Benefits design & vendor management- Ensures compliance with local requirementsProjects- Analysis of compensation programs for H&M.- Recommends revisions to human resources policies, procedures, and forms related to Compensation.- Involvement in global projects for systems and compensation as needed.Requisitos**_- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance or relevant business field preferred or equivalent experience- Minimum 5 -7 years experience in Compensation related role.- Must have strong proficiency in Excel**_Competencies:_**- Ensures that H&M stays compliant with any State / Federal laws in regards to compensation.- Ability to delegate and follow up on assignments.- Ability to present and communicate with senior management team on compensation initiatives affecting business and employees.- Ability to communicate and work with all levels of employees.- Ability to initiate new ideas or routines for improving HR practices.- Ability to be neutral and confidential and deal with sensitive information.- Strong brand ambassador.- Strong knowledge of H&M HR practices, policies and guidelines.- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.- Strong professional maturity.- Proven organizational and analytical skills.Información adicionalWe believe in a culture where we succeed as one team.
