The company focuses on cross-cultural excellence to empower businesses to focus on expansion and growth.**About the role**:As a Virtual Medical Assistant, you will work closely with our US-based licensed medical providers to support clinic operations and ensure patients receive timely communication regarding their health. While you will not practice medicine, you will play a crucial role in facilitating patient care.**What You’ll Do**:- Patient Communication & Follow-Ups: Call patients to provide lab results, medication instructions, and appointment reminders.- Document Management: Ensuring medical providers receive urgent documents.- Outstanding Labs & Test Follow-Ups: Contact labs, update records, and ensure patients receive necessary follow-up care.- Inbound Call & Text Management: Answer patient calls and texts, direct messages appropriately, and provide general assistance.- EMR & Data Entry: Update electronic medical records (EMR), ensuring accuracy and compliance**Required Skills & Experience**:- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Técnico en Enfermería General with valid credentials in Mexico.- Fluent in Spanish & English (spoken & written) - must communicate clearly with patients and providers.- Tech-savvy - Comfortable with EMRs, fax systems, VoIP phone services, and other digital tools.- Experience in remote patient support, medical administration, or telehealth is preferred.- Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.**What We Offer**:- Competitive **base salary**:- Full **law benefits (15 days of Christmas bonus if you have less than a year, 20 days of Christman bonus at year, 37.5% instead of 25% of vacation bonus)**:- **Punctuality** and **attendance bonus of $2,200 MXN**:- **Excellence**bonus of $1,000 MXN- **Private minor medical insurance**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $21,000.00 - $22,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Días de maternidad superiores a los de la ley- Días de paternidad superiores a los de la ley- Seguro de gastos médicosPago complementario:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesPregunta(s) de postulación:- Are you comfortable working in an onsite setting?- What's your monthly salary expectation in mexican pesos and gross wisely?Idioma:- Inglés (B2 - C1) (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
