_Founded in 2003, AUSPIPANAMERICA CORP. is a high-tech company providing top-tier PCB design, manufacturing, and electronic assembly services. We serve diverse markets, including medical equipment, telecommunications, and automotive manufacturing, through our facilities in MX, Europe and Asia. Our comprehensive solutions span from design and manufacturing to logistics, dedicated to meeting various technical and specific needs for circuit boards and assemblies. Our goal is to deliver high-quality services at reasonable prices, enhancing our clients' competitiveness and profitability._**Payment**:- Base salary of $3,800 MXN per week for a promised telemarketing call history of a minimum of 8 hours.- Additional 3% commission on gross sales to reward your performance.- **Role Description**_- This is a full-time on-site role for a title Inside Sales Representative located in Rosarito, Baja California. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new prospects and sales opportunities, maintaining relationships, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include cold calling and customer communication from prospects generating to deal make, as well as providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Inside Sales Representative will collaborate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and leverage feedback to improve our offerings._- **Qualifications**_- _Bilingual both English and Spanish is a must, as we need to contact customers both in N. America and MX,_- _Proven sales experience and expertise in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities,_- _Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills,_- _Excellent organizational and time management skills,_- _Ability to work independently and in a team environment,_- _Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,_- _Experience in the B2B business as manufacturing or technology sector is a plus,_- _Both full time & part time are acceptable._If you are passionate about driving sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the success of a high-tech enterprise, we want to hear from you- Join us in shaping the future of high-tech PCB solutions_Pay: From $15,000.00 per month**Education**:- High school or equivalent (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In personExpected Start Date: 23/06/2025
