Job Overview:Responsibilities and duties:- Promote the call center and its products to potential clients.- Drive generated financial growth by boosting sales.- Focus on customer acquisition, lead generation and prospect management.- Create a pipeline of potential customers by reaching out to businesses via cold calling.- Provide expertise in the field by identifying new markets and customer needs.- Enhance current client relationship.- Negotiate with potential clients to bring in new business.- Develop successful strategies to bring in potential clients and new business.- Predict client needs and offer solutions, support as well as follow up on any further questions.- Help create sales contracts in accordance with state laws.- Provide Feedback and up to date sales reports.Requirements and Skills- Proven track record of generating new business in a call center setting.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to call, connect and communicate with potential customers.- Able professionally and confidently interact with C-level Executives.- Proficient in English and Spanish.- High School degree or equivalent.- Strong Analytical and time management skills.- Abel to handle various customers and requests at the same time.Nice to haves:- Bachelor's degree.- Advanced computer skills- Pipeline of potential clients.**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $9,789.77 per weekAbility to commute/relocate:- 22707, Rosarito, B.C.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Experience**:- BPO Sales: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)
