Sales Manager is responsible for identifying and developing new leads, and opportunities and maintaining existing accounts to achieve unit sales goals both top and bottom line. The Sales Manager will be assigned an individual sales quota within an assigned region and/or vertical.The sales manager should build strategic planning coupled with a day-to-day execution plan. Build and maintain contact and communication at all relevant organization levels.**Responsibilities**:- Execute the Company’s sales strategies and achieve established sales quota in the assigned territory by identifying business opportunities through territory management, target account prospecting, profiling, and conducting new prospecting appointments on a weekly basis.- Perform Company and portfolio presentations to potential customers, host Company site visits, and participate and present the company in tradeshow and online Webinars as necessary.- Maintain and manage productive relationships with prospective customers and develop strategies to increase revenue opportunities through upsale and upgrades.- Thoroughly assess the customer’s needs and present an appropriate sales solution.- Provides the management team with accurate and timely reporting of sales forecasts, activities, sales pipeline, and results of prospecting activities.- Maintain ongoing product knowledge and market trends.- Provide competition insight (products, pricing) and collaborate with product management.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business- Mandatory - Proven track record working as sales director to Intelligence and Law enforcement organizations (federal)- Mandatory -experience with promoting and sale of software solutions and or forensic tools assisting the investigation process.- 6+ years of experience in Sales with a personal sale quota of >5M S$ year over year- Results-driven, self-starter, able to work with discipline and focus with limited direct supervision- Demonstrated success in working with cross-functional teams- Bilingual Spanish\English - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills- Successful completion of background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search- Must be able to travel about 50%**Preferred Requirements**:- Intelligence \ forensic investigation background - advantage- Familiarity with OSINT and Social network BI - advantage- Past experience as forensic investigator serving LEA- advantage
