This is a long-term and growing opportunity with substantial earnings. If you’re ambitious, self-motivated, and have sales or leadership experience, this is it.**Key Responsibilities**- **Talent Acquisition & Team Building**:- **Strategic Onboarding**:Manage and maintain our onboarding program, ensuring new hires have the knowledge and tools needed for success.- **Performance Management**:Monitor team performance against sales targets, providing regular feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.- **Process Optimization**:Continually assess and refine sales processes and strategies to boost efficiency, morale, and scalability within the sales team.- **Team Leadership**:Serve as a motivational leader, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.- **Transition Management**:Handle terminations with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a smooth transition for all parties.**Requirements**:**Requirements**:- Strong leadership skills with the ability to adapt to new sales processes and market trends that align with the company’s goals.- Positive attitude and high energy.- Minimum two years of previous experience in sales or leadership positions, such as Sales Manager or Head of Sales, showing successful team management.- Excellent verbal and written - English and Spanish communication skills.- A quiet home office setup without interruptions and a reliable computer and internet connection.- A university degree is not required.**Benefits****Benefits**- Base salary of $1,500 USD- + Monthly Commissions of up to $3,000 USD- Work from wherever you want 100% remote- 20 Paid Vacation Days + Paid Holidays- A workweek from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST, no weekend work.- Stable and long-term employment opportunity
