Join our team today and be a part of **Delivering the Goods for the Good of All****What you’ll do**:- Assist in projects derived from the Annual Strategic Planning Process- Provide support, training and consulting services to users in the ERP and implemented applicatinos- Create documentation and training materials- Manage improvements to the incident and service request system for identification, documentation and traceability- Be the liason between users and the programming team to ensure the ERP integrated solutions meet business needs- Maintain the system of incidents and service requests of systems is up to date**What you’ll need**:- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Management Information systems, Computer Science or related fields or equivalent training/experience- Fluent in English (Written and verbal)- 8 years' experience with supply chain and operations ERP Systems including sales and operations planning, sales and distribution, materials management, production planning, inventory management, quality, engineering, and warehouse management- Demonstrated knowledge in demand planning, production planning, material planning, distribution planning, order management, distribution and logistics, and inventory management- Knowledge of inventory business processes- Knowledge of purchasing processes- Ability to develop custom queries to troubleshoot and identify data issues
