**SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST**- ZONA DE EMPLEO_**:_Vasconcelos, cerca del Túnel Loma Larga, en San Pedro Garza García._Buscamos un Senior de Customer Service para gestionar la logística internacional de nuestros clientes. Trabajarás a través de una amplia red de transportistas, líneas navieras, aéreas y agentes aduanales, asegurando un servicio excepcional y eficiente.**RESPONSABILIDADES**:**-Atención al Cliente**: Elaborar y seguir reservaciones mediante comunicación directa con clientes y uso de sistemas designados.**-Seguimiento de Reservaciones**: Monitorear diariamente el estatus de las reservaciones con clientes y proveedores, registrando la información en el sistema para cumplir con estándares de servicio y tiempos de respuesta.**-Documentación de Embarques**: Gestionar toda la documentación del proceso de embarque, incluyendo instrucciones de reservación, confirmaciones, avisos de arribo, cartas LOI, instrucciones a agentes aduanales, y listas de empaque.**-Actualización del Sistema**: Actualizar diariamente el sistema de operación y embarques.**-Mejora de Procesos**: Identificar e implementar mejoras en los procesos del área para optimizar los níveles de servicio al cliente.**-Comunicación Corporativa**: Generar comunicados claros y efectivos con los clientes.**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura en Comercio Internacional.- Habilidades de Comunicación: Excelentes habilidades para comunicarse con clientes.- Organización y Trabajo en Equipo: Alta capacidad para trabajar de manera organizada y en equipo.- Manejo de Múltiples Tareas: Habilidad para gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.- Enfoque en Objetivos: Orientación al cumplimiento y seguimiento de objetivos.- Disponibilidad para Viajar: Disponibilidad para viajar eventualmente.- Idioma: Nível alto de inglés.- Experiência minina 5 años en transporte multimodal.**OFRECEMOS**:- Sueldo $25,000 pesos mensuales netos.- Prestaciones Superiores a la Ley: Incluye Prima Vacacional (100%), 30 días de aguinaldo, y Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores después de 3 meses de prueba.- Capacitación y Desarrollo: Entrenamiento y desarrollo continuo.- Ambiente de Trabajo: Excelentes instalaciones y ambiente de trabajo.- Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 8:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m.**¿Te interesa la vacante?**Envía tu CV actualizado por este medio y nos comunicaremos a la brevedad para agendar una cita a entrevista.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: Hasta $25,000.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
