Role Definition: Leader of multiple direct reports responsible for a team covering all Treasury aspects of Americas South region: What You Will Do: - Provide leadership and vision to diverse and high performing Treasury team, colleagues and direct reports - Directly manage Accounts Receivable collections for a portfolio of customers - Review and approve credit requests up to your credit authority limit and recommend approval to higher credit authorities - Manage credit investigation activities, including credit analysis, evaluation and rating of customers for assigned region - Manage bank account and cash balance reporting, maintain authorized signers, and lead technology projects to enhance efficiency and controls, including bank portals - Provide regional leadership of Treasury functions including daily cash operations, cash forecasting, internal funding, and foreign exchange Employee may also be responsible for performing other job duties occasionally as assigned. Education/Experience Requirement - College or university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics; job-related experience in Treasury / Finance What skills you will need: - Strong communication skills, written and verbal (English and Spanish) - Planning: Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan. - Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision. - Communicating Complex Concepts: Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding; ability to use summarization and simplification techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience. - Judgment and Decision Making: Knowledge of the decision-making process; ability to carefully evaluate the impact of emerging business situations and choose the best path forward communicating actions and activities that maximize organizational performance. - Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers. - Team Management: Knowledge of effective team building techniques; ability to form and manage effective teams. - Financial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material. - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners - Demonstrated commitment to ensuring a strong risk management and compliance culture (organization, policies and procedures) highly desired - Proven track record of demonstrating courage and emotional intelligence, including a high level of responsibility - The ability to prioritize workflow and accomplish tasks across the organization through collaboration and delegation Additional Details: - Location: Tijuana, Mexico - Domestic relocation is not available - Required Travel: Minimal (
