Position Overview:Green Wave Ingredients (Ingredients Online) is seeking a talented and experienced Sales Account Representative / Sales Representative to be a part of our dynamic sales team.- proven track record of achieving sales targets, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. Knowledge of CRM tools like Hubspot and Netsuite is advantageous.- This role offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in driving our sales growth and market leadership.Sales Account Representative / Sales Representative/ Sales Account Representative, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and contributing to our growth strategy. We are looking for a superstar who has a knack with talking to leads over the phone and offering our solutions to them. Must have the ability and drive to want to make a sale. You will be provided the proper training to make sure you have the tools to succeed. You will also be provided with the leads and will NOT need to find them yourself. If you are someone who has very good English communication skills and has the experience with making phone sales; we want, you to join our team.Sales Account Representative Responsibilities: Daily Communication2. Responding to customer requests professionally and in a timely manner.3. Communicating with other departments to successfully fulfill customer requests.4. Developing communication patterns and relationships with new accounts.Converting Accounts1. Convert cold leads to prospects2. New accounts to purchasing customers3. Develop relationships with these accounts.4. Research the company and the integrity of their business.5. Offline customers to online customers6. Identify the potential of the customer and the needs.7. Stay in communication with customer about future opportunity.Order Entry1. Process all new offline Purchase Orders.Ingredient Quoting1. Assist Customers in providing accurate pricing and availability for interested ingredientsAccount Management1. Assigned small accounts to develop, maintain and bring new business on2. Contact customers to share about weekly/monthly promotions.Qualifications:1. Must have a Valid passport2. With at least 1 year of Phone Sales or Phone Sales Support experience3. Preferably with 1 year of experience as a Call Center Representative4. With at least 1 year of data/order entry experience5. Proficient in MS Office6. MUST be excellent with English communication both written and verbalPay: $24,589.32 per month**Experience**:- Call Center: 1 year (required)- sales representative: 2 years (required)License/Certification:- US Passport (required)Willingness to travel:- 75% (preferred)Work Location: In person
