Marketing Coordinator and Executive Assistant

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our teamResponsibilities and Duties- Assume responsibility for managing Sales and Marketing, Platforms operations and processes, to facilitate efficient lead generation and communication.- Support the marketing team in staying focused on lead acquisition and conversion through effective coordination and organization.- Act as the Cold Lead Coordinator, managing outreach efforts and nurturing leads to facilitate conversion.- Strengthen communication channels between the team, vendors, clients, leads, and the accounting team to ensure smooth operations and alignment.- Take ownership of managing all normal social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.- Develop and implement social media strategies to drive audience growth, increase engagement, and promote Our Team products and services effectively.- Create compelling content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written copy, to attract and retain followers.- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly to inquiries and feedback from followers.- Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media initiatives into broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms in social media marketing to continually enhance Our Team's social media presence and effectiveness.Job Qualifications- Mastery of English Verbal and Writing Skills. (MUST)- Experience in the Marketing field.
