**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for HR-related work in overseas companies, constructing/optimizing human resource management norms, and improving relevant systems and processes.- Gain a deep understanding of business conditions, identify business pain points, and plan and implement corresponding human resource solutions.- Conduct recruitment activities, responsible for developing and connecting local recruitment channel resources, and quickly responding to the recruitment needs of production and functional personnel.- Manage all local personnel management tasks, including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, transfers, training, human resource budgeting, and attendance management.- Other tasks assigned by the platform manager.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field, fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English.- Over three years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry in Mexico, familiar with local laws and regulations, government documentation standards, operational mechanisms, and administrative processes.- Serious and responsible work attitude, meticulous and rigorous, with good professional ethics.
